I love, love, Love this car

I purchase the Acura TLX with the technology Package 2.4L at the end of September 2016 and so far I enjoy driving this car. It is so smooth and responsive to the road. I was aware that Acura 2015 version has some issues with the transmission prior to purchase; however, i was told that in the 2016 model those issues where addressed. So far I'm in love with my car and hope that it maintains the Honda/Acura badge of reliability, value, and quality. I test drove other luxury brand of cars and yes they all felt great, especially the BMW3 series; but, the Acura had more features for the price.…
Cool car! Most features included in the base model

Acura TLX 2015 is a major update and completely replaced TSX and TL.
Ive owned it since January 2016.
I chose this car because its base model included all desirable features like sun roof, back up camera, driver and passenger side power seats, TPMS and maintenance indicators.
The 2.4 liter engine generates enough power to drive around on the highway (35 mpg). The ride in the city is extremely comfortable (25 mpg).
One thing all my passengers point out is that the cabin is very quiet. The sound system delivers a crisp sound but may lack some bass.
Only cons I can think of are that the dual screens are not really needed unless you have a navigation system.
Also, the bluetooth takes about 5 seconds to connect to my iPhone. So if I am on a call and get into the car, there will be 5 seconds of downtime.
Overall, its the best luxury car for the price in my opinion.…
Well balanced performance, luxury and reliability

I test drove a number of cars in this segment. Bought a 2020 TLX V6 SH-AWD as it did everything well even if nothing specifically great. Other cars had specific things about them I liked better but also something about them I liked less. In the end, I felt the TLX was the best balance of things I was most looking for - performance, luxury/comfort, and reliability. On top of that, I beleive the value is excellent as this car was already high value but even better now as they are starting to clear them out in anticipation of the all new 2021 TLX. I'm sure the new TLX will have some improvements over this one, but I think this current version will satisfy me for a number of years and not leave me wanting for more.…
