As we navigate the day-to-day developments with COVID-19, we want to assure you that we are taking significant precautionary measures and adhering to the guidance provided from local, state, and federal agencies to make our facilities as safe and convenient as possible. In addition to monitoring all guidance and recommendations provided by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO), our stores have:

  • Posted relevant signage throughout the stores which provides information about COVID-19, and critical ways to avoid being exposed to it.
  • Increased the number of hand sanitizer stations throughout the stores, and relentlessly encouraging members of our team to wash their hands throughout the day.
  • Purchased additional cleaning supplies whereby every member of the Select Mitsubishi of Gwinnett team can assist in cleaning and sanitizing high-contact areas throughout the day.
  • Directed our janitorial team to ensure that cleaning and sanitizing all high-contact areas, such as door handles, desktops, railings, doorknobs, etc., on a nightly basis.
  • Worked to ensure that all high-contact features and areas on vehicles (including door handles, steering wheels, shift knobs, etc..) are properly sanitized before guests are permitted inside of them.
  • We are also requiring any employees with cold, flu type symptoms to remain at home until symptoms are gone.

We have also added at-home services for your convenience that include:

  • Flexible and transparent negotiation of a new or used vehicle purchase from the comfort of your own home.
  • Schedule an at-home test drive.
  • Pick-up and delivery of service vehicles available - Please call for service pricing.

Please also help us in our efforts to keep our employees and customers safe. If you are feeling ill you can easily reschedule your appointment by email or calling the dealership.
